• Dr. Samir Al Azawi, Attorney: 25 years of combined experience as corporate lawyer, has a good experience in litigations on disputes arising from contract execution in front of Iraqi courts and arbitrator’s tribunals. His experience include giving consultations on Iraqi civil law, liability law, procurement law (public and private), privatization, investment law, commercial law, Tax law, Oil and Gas law, and companies’ law, is specially approved by the Iraqi bar association as well to practice as a corporate and contract attorney, has a consultant degree in Power Engineering from Iraqi Engineering Union which help him to understand the technical issues besides the legal issues. His experience extended to power project management, contract execution, and administration for GOI that will be helpful to give accurate advise on the said fields.

• Wasan Almayah, Attorney: 15 years of experience, is specially approved by the Iraqi bar association as corporate lawyer.
